Purpose of cooperation

The client contacted our agency in order to recruit candidates for two main services of his medical center - magnetic resonance imaging and complex treatments that help, among others: in cancer therapy.

Developing a strategy

The treatments offered by the client help diagnose and treat serious diseases. The earlier they are performed, the better the patient's chances of recovery.

Fighting a serious disease is a race against time. We could not afford to slowly, gradually build the recognition of the client's medical center. We decided to act in two ways: we launched a Google Ads campaign and positioning that gave quick results.

Together with the client, we established monthly budgets and recommended specific types of advertising campaigns. We have also proposed a group of the most important keywords that we will focus on in SEO activities.

We have identified the client's target group and their problems. Thanks to this, we were able to select appropriate phrases and create ads with key information about treatments and medical devices.

To find out what phrases users enter when looking for treatments provided by our client's medical center, we conducted keyword analysis using appropriate SEO tools. In the next stage, we selected them so that only the keywords that had the greatest potential to attract users remained.

In addition, before the campaign started, we prepared and implemented recommendations regarding the client's website. The website had to be consistent with the advertising content and well optimized for conversions. We checked whether the website is responsive, loads quickly and provides users with useful information.

Concurrent SEO activities also contributed to the success of the Google Ads campaign. One of the reasons for this is the relationship between the level of SEO optimization and the quality score in Google Ads. In short: the better the optimization, the better the ad quality score, and the better the quality score, the lower the click costs.

Launch of the Google Ads campaign and effects of cooperation

The campaigns were launched in early March 2023.
We decided to advertise in the Google Display Network and two campaigns in the Google search engine. Advertisements for one service had nationwide coverage, the other - local ones.

In the first month of cooperation (March), we managed to achieve 116 conversions .
In April, we managed to achieve 128 conversions.
In May it was even better - thanks to the Google Ads campaign, the medical facility achieved 145 conversion.

Conversions measured for your account are:

  • contact form submission
  • copy email address

After three months, we had enough data to be able to see which ads and keywords were generating the best results, and based on the collected data, we decided to slightly modify the strategy.

June was a month with a record result, in which we achieved 306 conversions without increasing the monthly budget for campaigns, which means an increase in the number of conversions by 163% compared to the first month of cooperation.

Conversions achieved in June, broken down by actions performed by the user:

  • ad calls - 182
  • click on the phone number - 106
  • click on email address - 6
  • contact form submission - 6
  • copy email address - 6

In the client's opinion, the "call from ads" conversion in particular fulfills its role and translates into the achievement of the business goals set for the campaign. The inflow of patients is significant, and the revenues from visits and treatments booked through SEO/Google Ads channels exceed the costs of these campaigns many times.

Summary

Thanks to a well-optimized Google Ads campaign, we managed to meet the client's goals: to increase the recognition of the medical facility and reach the right people. By the way, as a team, we feel that we have helped hundreds of patients find a place where they receive help and complex medical services at the highest world level.

We don't stop at the results so far. We continue to cooperate with the client. We constantly monitor the campaign and ensure that it achieves the best possible results.
